Information created while using the Service:

• Quizzes, questions, settings, and other content you create or upload
• Images you upload for use in quizzes
• Creation and update timestamps for your account and your content

Technical information:

During a game, the Service relies on direct peer-to-peer connections between participants using WebRTC technology. Solely to establish the connection, a signaling server relays transient technical data needed to link participants (such as network/ICE addresses). The game content itself flows directly between participants and is not stored on our servers.

• To authenticate your identity when you sign in
• To save the quizzes and content you create and display them to you
• To run games and connect participants
• To improve, secure, and properly operate the Service
• To contact you regarding your account, when necessary

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating the Service.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Infrastructure providers: We rely on cloud infrastructure providers (for example, Cloudflare) to store data and operate the signaling and TURN/STUN servers that enable game connections. These providers process information on our behalf and under an obligation of confidentiality.
• Legal requirements: Where required by law, court order, or a competent authority.

We take reasonable and accepted measures to protect your information, including storing passwords in an encrypted (hashed) form only, using secure connections, and using authentication tokens (JWT). However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it at any time by contacting us at the address in the “Contact Us” section. After deletion, your information will be deleted or anonymized, except for information we are required to retain by law.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights:

To manage your sign-in session, the Service may store information locally in your browser (such as an authentication token via localStorage). This information is required for the proper operation of the Service and is not used for advertising tracking.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information has been collected without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will act to delete it.
